Chad Daffer
Chad Daffer is Chief Executive Officer of America First Multifamily Investors (ATAX). Mr. Daffer has over 25 years of experience in credit analysis and structuring, underwriting and the placement of debt instruments. He is knowledgeable regarding a variety of HUD-housing programs, including Section 8, MAPS lending and 221D3/D4, 223F and 236 mortgage decoupling. Mr. Daffer is also well versed in Tax Exempt Bond Securitization, Tender Option Bond Financing, FNMA DUS lending, and sections 42, 142, and 145 of the US tax code. Mr. Daffer joined Burlington Capital from Kirkpatrick Pettis where he served for nine years as an Investment Banker with special focus in project-based revenue bonds and the housing industry. Through his efforts, Mr. Daffer completed the first bond financing of HUD 236 mortgage decoupling and his banking services spanned the realms of both for-profit and non-profit housing developers. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Daffer worked at Paine Webber in Fixed Income Institutional Sales. Mr. Daffer graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Andy Grier
Andy Grier, Fund Analyst, joined the Burlington Capital in September 2005. He held past positions at Wells Fargo as Vice President of Investment Management and First National Bank of Omaha as an Investment Analyst. He holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences and Finance from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Mr. Grier also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Craig Allen
Craig Allen is Chief Financial Officer of the company, where he is responsible for internal and external (investor and SEC) financial reporting, strategic budgeting, and treasury functions.  Mr. Allen joined the Company in January 2015.  Mr. Allen brings 20 years of experience working with public and privately traded companies with over 17 years in the financial services industry. He was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ECMC Holdings, Oakdale, MN, an $80 million privately held financial services company. Craig was recruited by ECMC to develop and execute strategies to expand geographically, extend lines of business, and enhance the company’s value. He also served as the financial and operational leader in numerous subsidiary companies. Prior to that, Mr. Allen was Chief Financial Officer with XO Group, Inc. (NASDAQ : XOXO), a publicly-traded global multimedia and technology company. Mr. Allen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL. He also holds designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and International Financial Report Standards Certificate (IFRS).
